Date: 16 July Time: 7.30 pm 1. Judges for Krishna Dress Competition * It was decided that Rtn. Kalpana Kolvekar will serve as one of the judges. The remaining two judges will be finalized in due course. 2.New Member Orientation * The New Member Orientation Programme will be held at the Rotary Club of Kumta on 2 August 2026. * As Rtn. Ganapati Baadkar is one of the keynote speakers, members were requested to encourage maximum participation from newly inducted members. * The President and Rtn. Ganapati Baadkar will coordinate and facilitate the participation of the new members. 3.Member Presentation Initiative * It was decided that, during every club meeting, one member will be invited to speak for a few minutes on a topic of personal or professional interest to encourage active participation and knowledge sharing. 4.Four-Way Test * It was decided that every newly inducted member will be given an opportunity to recite the Rotary Four-Way Test during a club meeting. 5.Meeting Host Rotation * It was decided that every club member will be given an opportunity to host a club meeting, thereby promoting active participation, confidence, and leadership development among members.

Date: 16 July 2026 Time: 7:00 PM The following decisions were taken during the meeting: 1. Distribution of School Uniforms * It was decided to distribute 19 school uniforms to the I PUC students of Government PU College, Shirwad on 17 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. * Mr. Chandrashekar has generously agreed to sponsor 2 school uniforms. 2.Distribution of PT T-Shirts * It was decided to distribute 80 PT T-shirts to the students of Manja Public School, Shirwad (Classes VIII, IX, and X) on 18 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. * The project sponsors are: * Rtn. Chetan Nilavar – 20 T-shirts * Rtn. B.S. Pai – 10 T-shirts * Rtn. Prashant Vernekar – 10 T-shirts * Rtn. Priyanka Bandekar – 6 T-shirts * Rtn. Suraj Netalkar – 6 T-shirts * Rtn. installation ceremony

The Installation Ceremony of the Rotary Club of Karwar Seaside for the Rotary year 2026–27 was successfully held on 8th July 2026 in the presence of Rotarians, distinguished guests, and well-wishers. Rtn. Kiran Mohan was installed as the President, Rtn. Vinay Vernekar as the Secretary, and Rtn. Vijay Kolvekar as the Treasurer for the new Rotary year. The installation was officiated by Installation Officer Rtn. Ashok Naik, while Assistant Governor Rtn. Shivanand Naik graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The ceremony witnessed the enthusiastic participation of all members of the Rotary Club of Karwar Seaside. Around 150 guests attended the function, including the Presidents and members of the Rotary Club of Karwar, Rotary Club of Karwar Paschim, and Rotary Club of Ankola Rural. The event was further honoured by the presence of several eminent personalities from Karwar, including Dr. Nithin Pikle, President of Mitra Samaj, Mrs. Rachita Mahaldar, President of the Inner Wheel Club, along with Inner Wheel members and other dignitaries. The installation marked the beginning of a new Rotary year with a renewed commitment to service, fellowship, and impactful community initiatives. Three new members were inducted into the Rotary Club of Karwar Seaside during the installation ceremony, further strengthening the club’s commitment to service and fellowship.
